What’s in This CBD Body Scrub Recipe?

Oatmeal – Using oatmeal as the exfoliant in this CBD homemade body scrub helps it to act as an exfoliant and as a moisturizer, as oatmeal carries such great benefits for the skin.

Honey – Honey has antibacterial properties, is nourishing for the skin, so it adds a real nice glow to a nice whole body complexion. 

Olive Oil – Olive oil has so many great nurturing properties to offer the skin. We added it into this recipe because it’s a great lubricant, so you won’t get razor burn or skin irritation from shaving. 

Simply Add CBD™ Skincare Oil – We specifically picked hempseed oil as our carrier oil for our Skincare Oil because of the massive amounts of benefits it has for the skin.

How to Make a Homemade CBD Body Scrub Recipe

Mix All Ingredients Into One Bowl:

Combine 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup olive oil, 20 drops of your favorite essential oil, & 4 mL of Simply Add CBD™ Skincare Oil. Mix it all together really well until combined.

Storing:

Store in an airtight 8 ounce jar. No need to refrigerate!

Applying:

Before you apply your homemade CBD body scrub make sure to give it a little stir as it well set a little in your storage container. Then, slather it onto your legs, elbows, hands, wherever you feel needs to be exfoliated and hydrated! Then, wipe off with a wet washcloth or paper towel.
