Ingredients
Baking Ingredients
- 2¼ cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 15 Oreos crushed
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 4.3 oz Oreo Cookies & Cream Pudding Mix
- 2 Eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
CBD
- 4 ml Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil ≈ 6 mg CBD per cookie.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350° F / 180° C & line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the butter and sugar and beat it together.
- In a separate bowl, make the pudding according to package instructions and add Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil. Stir this into the butter and sugar bowl, along with the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Important: Mix thoroughly at this step for a few minutes to ensure the Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil is dispersed throughout the mixture. This will ensure each CBD cookie has a more even dosage of CBD.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well in between each addition.
- Add the flour and baking soda into the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Then, stir in the crushed oreos into the mixture with a spoon.
- Using your cookie dough scoop, scoop out the batter and line evenly on the pre-lined parchment paper cookie sheet.
- Bake in your preheated 350° F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
- Let rest on the baking sheet for 15 minutes before serving.
