Simple CBD Charcoal Face Scrub Recipe
This CBD charcoal face scrub recipe is an amazing DIY face scrub recipe. We included sugar as our exfoliant, since it is a much lighter exfoliant for our face. Charcoal was used, as it is great for helping clear out impurities. Don’t forget to use our Simply Add CBD™ Skincare Oil in this recipe. What’s in This CBD Face Scrub?
Cane Sugar – Cane sugar is a very light exfoliant, compared to salt or coffee, making it a great exfoliant for the face in this CBD sugar face scrub.
Activated Charcoal – Be careful with this ingredient, as it can easily stain anything if you aren’t careful. Make sure to also wash your utensils when you are done to prevent staining.
Sweet Almond Oil – Sweet almond oil is one of my favorite oils to use in our homemade CBD skincare products. Jojoba oil is a close second.
Simply Add CBD™ Skincare Oil – We specifically picked hempseed oil as our carrier oil for our Skincare Oil because of the massive amounts of benefits it has for the skin.

Simple CBD Charcoal Face Scrub Recipe
Equipment
- Small Mixing Bowl
- Spoon
- Measuring cups
- 4 Ounce Storage Jar
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Cane Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sweet Almond Oil
- ½ tsp Activated Charcoal
- 4 mL Simply Add CBD™ Skincare Oil ≈ 100 mg CBD
- 3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the cane sugar, sweet almond oil, activated charcoal, essential oil, & Simply Add CBD™
- Mix all this together really well.
- To use this CBD charcoal face scrub, rub it onto your face gently in an upward and outward motion.
- Use this CBD charcoal face scrub after you cleanse your face. Then, use your serum or moisturizer after you have finished face scrub.
