Simple CBD Pistachio Pie Recipe

Ingredients
Pie Crust
- 15 Oreos crushed
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 6 tbsp Butter melted
Pie Filling
- 1½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 5 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 3 tbsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 package Gelatin dissolved
- 2½ ml Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil ≈ 10 mg CBD per cup
Decoration
- ¾ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 oz Dark Chocolate shaved
- 6 Oreos
Instructions
- In a bowl add the ground Oreos, sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Mix everything together until combined and transfer the mixture evenly in 6 glasses.
- Smoosh down with a spoon to make the crust even in each glass.
- Let it chill in the refrigerator while you make the filling.
- In a separate bowl add the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Mix with a hand mixer. Add in the vanilla extract, while keep mixing.
- Then, add the cream cheese, matcha powder, honey, dissolved gelatin, and Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil. Stir until combined. Important: Mix thoroughly at this step for a few extra minutes to ensure the Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil is dispersed throughout the mixture. This will ensure each CBD pistachio cup has a more even dosage of CBD.
- Then, transfer the mixture into the glasses in your refrigerator.
- Smooth it out with a spoon and let it set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Mix the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into soft peaks and place the whipped cream on top of the filling.
- Decorate each glass with the shaved chocolate and an Oreo.
