This CBD neapolitan pie recipe makes 8 servings of neapolitan pie infused with CBD containing about 12.5 mg of CBD per serving using Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil.
In a large bowl add the flour, salt, sugar, vanilla extract, egg yolk, & diced butter.
Rub the cold & diced butter into the flour mixture, until sandy consistency forms.
Add the icy water into the mixture and start forming a bowl.
Let the dough chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
On a clean, flour dusted countertop, with your rolling pin, roll out the dough into 1/2 inch thickness and put in your pie pan. Poke the pie shell with a fork and place it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Bake the pie crust in your preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
The Chocolate Filling
In a saucepan, bring the milk to almost boil on medium heat.
Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Stir until everything is well combined.
Take off burner, add the gelatin, and 1 ml of Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil. Stir thoroughly to make sure the CBD is dispersed throughout this layer. Pour the chocolate filling on top of the pie crust. Save the other 3 ml of the Baking Oil for the other layers of this pie.
Let the chocolate filling set in freezer for 20 minutes.
The Vanilla Filling
In a saucepan bring the milk to almost boil on medium heat.
Add the sugar and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is completely melted.
Take off burner, add the gelatin, and 1 ml of Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil. Stir thoroughly to make sure the CBD is dispersed throughout this layer. Pour the vanilla filling on top of the chocolate filling that has been previously set. Save the other 2 ml of the Baking Oil for the next two layers of this pie.
Let the pie set in the freezer for 20 minutes.
The Strawberry Filling
In a saucepan bring the milk to almost boil on medium heat.
Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and strawberries. Stir until the sugar is completely melted.
Take off burner, add the gelatin, and 1 ml of Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil. Stir thoroughly to make sure the CBD is dispersed throughout this layer. Pour the strawberry filling on top of the vanilla filling that has been previously set. Save the last ml of the Baking Oil for the whipped cream top.
Let the pie set in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Whip the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 ml of Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil with a hand mixer, until soft peaks start to form. Then spread the mixture on top of the pie.
Let the pie set in the fridge for 4 hours.

If you want a little caffeine in this recipe, add a little bit of instant coffee to the chocolate filling section. It won't taste exactly like coffee, but it will bring out more of a chocolate taste.
