Peach Mixture

  • 5 Ripe Peaches diced into quarters
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar

Cobbler Topping

  • ⅓ cup Unsalted Butter cold
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar for sprinkling
  • 1 Whipped Cream for decorating & serving
  • 3 ml Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil ≈ 12.5 mg CBD per serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350° F / 180° C
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the diced peaches and add the sugar.
  • Coat them really well and arrange them in a greased baking dish with a little bit of oil.
  • In the same mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, sugar, and Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil. Mix it with the spatula until it has a sandy like consistency.
    Important: Mix thoroughly at this step for a few extra minutes to ensure the Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil is dispersed throughout the mixture. This will ensure each CBD peach cobbler has a more even dosage of CBD.
  • Sprinkle the mixture on top of the arranged peaches in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle some sugar on top.
  • Bake in your preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown.
  • Let them set in the pan for 10-15 minutes and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

Don't want to use peaches? Instead of the peaches, try apples, plums, or apricots. 
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
