How to Make CBD Keto Peanut Butter Pie

Step 1:

Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature for about 2 hours.

Step 2: 

For the chocolate crust, mix almond flour, cocoa, stevia, and melted butter together. Press into a 9″ springform pan and bake it in the oven at 400°F for about 10 minutes.

Step 3: 

To make the peanut butter filling, mix the heavy whipping cream and stevia until it is really fluffy. Then, mix in the cream of tartar.

Step 4:

In another bowl, mix the natural peanut butter and softened cream cheese & Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil. Mix well! Then, mix the two fillings together and pour on top of your completely chilled crust. Store in the fridge for 4 hours.

Step 5:

For the Crust

  • 1½ cups Almond Flour
  • ⅓ cup Cocoa
  • ¼ cup Stevia
  • 5 tbsp Butter melted

For the Peanut Butter Filling

  • 24 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • ¾ cup Natural Peanut Butter smooth
  • ½ cup Stevia
  • 1½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 4 ml Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil ≈ 12.5 mg CBD per Slice of Pie

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa, stevia, and melted butter. Press into your 9" springform pan and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until done.
  • Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature before making the filling and allow the crust to cool before putting the filling on top of the crust.
  • In a bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream and stevia until very fluffy, then add the cream of tartar.
  • In another bowl, mix the natural peanut butter, softened cream cheese, & Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil. Mix the two mixtures together and pour on top of the completely cooled chocolate crust.
    Important: Mix thoroughly at this step for a few extra minutes to ensure the Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil is dispersed throughout the mixture. This will ensure each slice of CBD keto pie has a more even dosage of CBD.
