Keto Blondies
- 5 tbsp Butter melted & cooled
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- ¾ cup Stevia
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 4 tbsp Almond Flour
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¾ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Xanthan Gum
- 6 ml Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil ≈ 12.5 mg CBD per blondie.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350° F / 175° C.
- Add eggs, stevia, and melted & cooled butter to a bowl. Beat well with a hand or stand mixer.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, almond flour, vanilla, salt, baking powder, xanthan gum, & Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil. Beat together on high until completely combined. Important: Stir thoroughly for a few minutes to ensure the Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil is dispersed throughout the mixture. This will ensure each CBD blondie has a more even dosage of CBD. Just make sure to adjust the heat to prevent the mixture from burning.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased 9 x 9 pan and place in oven for 18 - 20 minutes.
