Simple CBD Oreo Parfait Cups Recipe

This CBD cookies n cream cups using Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil makes a light, sweet chocolate oreo cup infused with CBD.

Equipment

  • Spoon
  • 2 Medium Bowls
  • Cups
  • Food Chopper

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 package Oreos crushed, leaving one Oreo for the top of each parfait
  • 2 oz Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding
  • 2½ ml Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil ≈ 10 mg CBD per cup

Instructions

  • Make pudding using the package directions.
  • Mix 1/2 of the crushed Oreos with the 8 oz of whipped cream. Add the Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil and mix together.
    Important: Mix thoroughly at this step for a few extra minutes to ensure the Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil is dispersed throughout the mixture. This will ensure each CBD Oreo cup has a more even dosage of CBD.
  • Using a spoon, transfer a small amount of pudding into your jars for the first layer.
  • Then, transfer a small amount of the cool whip mixture as the second layer.
  • On top of the cool whip mixture, spread some of the Oreo crumbs for the third layer.
  • Repeat these layers until you get to the top of the jar!
  • Add some cool whip and an Oreo to the top.
  • Enjoy your Simply Add CBD™ Oreo Parfait Cups!

Serve immediately or the next day. Any longer and the Oreos will start to turn soggy.
