Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a cookie sheet.

Step 2: 

Roll out the puff pastry on a flour dusted countertop. With a sharp knife, score the edges of the pastry (about 1 inch into the inside part of the pastry), but be careful not to cut into the pastry, be gentle!

Step 3:
