- ¼ cup Coconut Oil
- ¾ cup Soy Milk
- ¾ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Flax Seed
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Apples finely diced
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1½ cup Granola w/ Nuts
- ½ cup Coconut Flakes
CBD
- 3 ml Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil ≈ 9 mg CBD per cake.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350° F / 180° C.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the coconut oil, soy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, diced apples, & Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil and mix. Important: Mix thoroughly at this step for a few minutes to ensure the Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil is dispersed throughout the mixture. This will ensure each CBD apple tea cake has a more even dosage of CBD.
- Add the flax seed, flour, coconut flakes, baking powder, baking soda, and granola mix. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer into a greased 9 x 9 pan. Smooth it out with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the apple tea cake cool & serve with a smidge of maple syrup.
