  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil
  • ¾ cup Soy Milk
  • ¾ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Flax Seed
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Apples finely diced
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1½ cup Granola w/ Nuts
  • ½ cup Coconut Flakes

CBD

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350° F / 180° C.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the coconut oil, soy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, diced apples, & Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil and mix.
    Important: Mix thoroughly at this step for a few minutes to ensure the Simply Add CBD™ Baking Oil is dispersed throughout the mixture. This will ensure each CBD apple tea cake has a more even dosage of CBD.
  • Add the flax seed, flour, coconut flakes, baking powder, baking soda, and granola mix. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer into a greased 9 x 9 pan. Smooth it out with a spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the apple tea cake cool & serve with a smidge of maple syrup.
